Trump campaign releases ad targeting Harris over inflation and Americans struggling to make ends meet

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's campaign released a new commercial later this week highlighting Democratic presidential candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris' support for “Bidenomics,” as the Biden-Harris administration's economic agenda is called.

The ad highlights Harris' praise for Bidenomics against the backdrop of news coverage showing how Americans are suffering from inflation, rising energy costs and soaring interest rates due to the Biden-Harris administration's policies.

The ad states:

TRUMP: “I am Donald J. Trump, and I support this message.”

NEWS CLIP #1: “Alarming rise in inflation hits highest level in nearly 40 years.”

HARRIS: “It’s called Bidenomics.”

NEWS CLIP #2: “Gasoline prices rose again today, hitting a new all-time high.”

ANA KASPARIAN: “We are still struggling with inflation and at the same time extremely high interest rates.”

HARRIS: “Bidenomics works.”

NEWS CLIP #3: “Two-thirds of Americans struggle to make ends meet.”
