Tennessee Titans linebacker Arden Key's drug suspension was lifted following an appeal

Tennessee Titans linebacker Arden Key will be allowed to play in his team's opening game after successfully appealing a suspension.

On July 30, Key was suspended for six games by the league for violating the league's doping guidelines.

But his appeal was successful, meaning the Titans' risk in keeping Key on the first team despite the potential penalty was worth it.

Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons posted on Twitter that Keys' appeal was won, adding the caption, “See you September 8th.”

Last season was Keys' first in the Music City with the Titans, where he recorded six sacks in seventeen games.
