Protests break out in Southport following tragic knife attacks in childhood

Protests broke out in Southport and other northern towns after three children tragically died during a dance class. The unrest escalated tensions and led to violent clashes and over 100 arrests.

Last week, Alice Dasilva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, were fatally attacked at their Taylor Swift-themed holiday club, shocking the community. The violence began as anti-immigration protests rose, fuelled by misinformation circulating on social media about the identity of the attacker.
