Kim Kardashian just paid tribute to former incarcerated singer David Jassy!

The Kardashians The star used her official Instagram account and reposted a video of the music artist, who performs under the stage name Dawda.

Kardashian, who famously studied law in recent years, uploaded the allusion via the platform's Stories feature.

“David Jassy also spent 15 years in San Quentin Prison, where I got to know him and spent time with him learning more about his music program and the Ear Hustle podcast,” the SKIMS trademark owner wrote.

Continuing her tribute, Kardashian noted that she was “proud that he is home and making music,” and then continued with a second post revealing how much she loves his song “Get Your Number” and congratulating him.

This post from Kardashian comes as the beauty mogul continues to fight for prison and criminal justice reform.

She also speaks openly about her journey in law school, usually uploading stories on Instagram. Once, when she studied hearsay exceptions, she confessed that it was her “least favorite subject.”

Kim Kardashian began studying law in 2019, following in the footsteps of her late father Robert Kardashian.
