Farmington man arrested on DIW and other charges after refusing road tests

A Farmington man faces multiple charges after being arrested for drunken driving in Palmyra on Saturday night. The Wayne County Sheriff's Office reported that Daniel A. Moraldo, of Fairdale Glen, was stopped on August 17 at approximately 8:45 p.m.

Moraldo was arrested while under the influence of alcohol. He refused to submit to a breath test at the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. Additional charges include driving without a license and an equipment violation for having a non-functioning license plate light.

Moraldo was taken to the Wayne County Jail, where he remained in the central arraignment area awaiting arraignment Sunday morning.
