Rumor: Marvel Vs. Capcom Collection release date leaked?

After nearly seven years without major releases for home consoles, the Marvel vs. Capcom series is now making its triumphant return with the upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics. The collection is Capcom's latest initiative to re-release many of its classic fighting games on modern systems, first with the Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection in 2018 and then with the Capcom Fighting Collection in 2022.

The latest collection was announced during a Nintendo Direct stream last June, surprising many fans as it was assumed that there would be no further releases from the series due to legal issues between both parties.
