Suspect in quadruple shooting in East Oakland still at large

OAKLAND – Authorities continue to search for the suspect in a quadruple shooting that left two people dead and two others injured in East Oakland Saturday morning.

According to Oakland police, the suspect was still at large Sunday morning.

The incident occurred just after 9 a.m. Saturday outside an apartment complex in the 1600 block of 83rd Avenue, near International Boulevard. A 27-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were killed in the shooting. Two other women, ages 23 and 38, were injured and are currently in stable condition.
