Dear Editor, I grew up in Sun Prairie in the 1960s and '70s.

Of course, I'm voting for the Harris-Walz ticket. We need serious change in our country, like restoring voting rights, civil rights, and health care rights for women. In my opinion, Donald Trump and Project 2025 will destroy our country.

I am convinced that Trump is only running to avoid prison for his past crimes, and we should not forget his treasonous behavior leading up to January 6th and including the campaign.

Vote Democrat across the board. In my heart, Wisconsin is still “God's Country.” What a beautiful place, full of decent, loving people who care about their neighbors and the environment.
