Oneida man charged in domestic incident – ​​Oneida Dispatch

An Oneida man has been arrested and charged following a recent incident in Sylvan Beach.

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, at approximately 9:58 a.m. on August 8, traffic police officers responded to a report of a domestic violence in progress at 321 Kenwood Avenue in the Town of Sylvan Beach.

During the traffic police investigation, it was determined that Matthew Hall, 25, of Oneida, was involved in a physical altercation with a female victim while she was holding a small child.

Authorities found Hall in the town of Oneida, where he was arrested and charged with second-degree harassment (violation) and endangering the welfare of a child (misdemeanor).

Authorities released Matthew Hall after he appeared before the Central Prosecution Court.
