Rochester man arrested for drunk driving in Wayne County – Finger Lakes Daily News

A traffic stop in the village of Red Creek on Saturday evening led to the arrest of a Rochester man.

According to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, Richard Scully was stopped for numerous traffic violations on Water Street in the village of Wayne County. After further investigation during the traffic stop, Scully was arrested and refused to submit to a chemical test.

Scully was charged with drunk driving, speeding, failure to stop at the stop line, failure to use turn signal and failure to maintain lane.

Scully was taken to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment by CAP.
