Members of LGBTQ organization accused of raping children — Civilek Info

There is currently a great deal of excitement in the UK over the recent gender lobbying scandal.

The founder of an LGBTQ organisation in England is facing serious charges. 40-year-old Stephen Ireland, founder and former director of Pride in Surrey, and David Sutton, a former Pride in Surrey volunteer, were arrested by police this week and charged with a total of 15 alleged offences – including sexual abuse and abduction of children by preparing plans and organising the commission of sex crimes against children. At the same time, the charges also include that they attempted to drug their victims.

Ireland was also charged with 22 other crimes, including the rape of a child under 13 and the production, possession and distribution of child pornography.

All of the alleged crimes took place between August 2022 and July 2024, according to police. Pride in Surrey is a non-profit organization based in the London suburb of Woking. The organization states that its mission is to celebrate the inclusion and diversity of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender culture and community.

The group said it first learned of the allegations on June 12 and that Ireland and Sutton's memberships were immediately suspended and Ireland was removed as a director.

“Like all of you, we are shocked and appalled by the allegations against these two individuals. We are cooperating fully with Surrey Police to ensure justice is done.”
