Skaneateles man arrested in Seneca Falls under Leandra's Law – Finger Lakes Daily News

A Skaneateles man was arrested by Seneca Falls police for allegedly driving while intoxicated with a child in the car.

Andrew Russo was initially stopped for speeding on Ovid Street around 10 p.m. Saturday night. During the stop, officers determined that Russo was allegedly driving while intoxicated. With a child in the car, Russo was arrested for drunk driving under Leandra's Law. He was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.08%.

Russo was released on a summons to appear in Seneca Falls Municipal Court.
