Ole Miss DL Zxavian Harris arrested for domestic violence

Ole Miss defensive lineman Zxavian Harris was arrested Sunday on domestic violence and obstruction of justice charges.

Harris, a native of Canton, Mississippi, was arrested early Sunday evening.

He appeared in 11 games for the Rebels last season and recorded 30 tackles, including 3.5 tackles for loss, a sack and three blocked kicks, which ranked second in the FBS. The 6-foot-4, 315-pound Harris should be a rotation player this fall.

Harris, 20, was also arrested in July 2023 for driving under the influence, felony eluding and other charges. He faced internal disciplinary action for the incident.

Ole Miss did not immediately respond to a request for comment Monday. Coach Lane Kiffin is scheduled to speak with reporters Monday afternoon.
