Disgusting new allegations against 24-year-old Wisconsin elementary school teacher accused of making out with 11-year-old boy

Disgusting new allegations have been made against a Wisconsin teacher who allegedly had sex with an 11-year-old elementary school student.

Madison Bergmann, 24, was charged with first-degree sexual abuse of a minor in May after the fifth-grader's parents reported her to the school administration and police at River Crest Elementary School.

According to the charging documents, prosecutors found on Friday that Bergmann, who was abandoned by her fiancé because of her cruel acts, had “almost daily” conversations with the child in which the possibility of sexual intercourse between the two was discussed.

According to charging documents, the boy also told investigators that they had kissed several times in the classroom since March, that Bergmann was his first kiss, and that they had secretly fondled each other.

The disgraced teacher has now been charged with additional charges, including using a computer to facilitate a sex crime against children, confronting a child with hurtful descriptions, two counts of child seduction and five counts of sexual misconduct by school personnel, according to court documents.

The alarm was raised on April 29 when the boy's mother overheard a telephone conversation between Bergmann and the victim. His father confiscated his phone and discovered sexually explicit text messages in it.

In a text message, Bergmann told the boy that she “just wanted to grab him by the face, push him to the ground and make out with him,” the complaint states.

In another text message, she reportedly wrote: “I almost kissed you today when you were on the floor, but your belly distracted me.”

The child's father subsequently handed over printed text messages between Bergmann and his son to law enforcement and the administration.

During her police interview, she told authorities that the victim's mother allegedly gave her the student's phone number after the family invited her to the Afton Alps ski resort for winter vacation.

When officers searched Bergmann's bag, they found handwritten notes from the two in a folder printed with the victim's name, according to the charging documents.

“In her notes, she tells him that she loves him, wants to kiss him, that he turns her on, and that she is obsessed with him,” the complaint states.

In a letter, Bergmann reportedly wrote: “One of my cousins is in the 5th grade and I can't imagine a man talking to her the way we do.” “I know we have a special relationship and I love you more than anyone else in the world, but I have to be the adult here and stop.”

Police also spoke to the little boy, who, according to the complaint, “made comments about how he really liked her, trusted her, felt weird, but also enjoyed it.”

It later emerged that she had allegedly moved his desk out of sight so that she could massage his legs during class.

The fifth-grader told investigators that Bergmann rubbed his thighs and calves during reading time, according to a criminal complaint filed in St. Croix District Court.

Because of the position of his desk in their classroom, the boy did not believe any of the other children would notice, the complaint states.

The underage boy told police that Bergmann kissed him several times in their classroom, either after school or while the other students were eating lunch.

When questioned about the text message exchange between her and the student, Bergmann invoked her right to an attorney, the documents say. She was subsequently arrested.

After her arrest, she was suspended from her teaching position and taken into custody the same day.

The 24-year-old appeared in court and was released on $25,000 unsecured bail ahead of his May 30 court date.

Under the terms of her release, Bergmann is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18. She is not allowed on school grounds and must wear an electronic monitoring device.

Following Bergmann's arrest, Hudson School District Superintendent Nick Oullette issued a statement to families.

“No superintendent can imagine standing in front of a group of parents with this news. As a leader of this school community, as a parent, this is heartbreaking,” he wrote. “I want you to know that the school district is taking this very seriously. We care about each of you and your children.”

The former teacher was due to marry her partner Sam Hickman in July, but plans were abandoned after Hickman described his now ex-fiancée's “shitty behaviour”.

“It has been postponed indefinitely,” a friend of the couple told the New York Post.

“And it probably won't happen. Sam is really upset and heartbroken. He's ashamed and angry. He doesn't deserve this. Everyone is angry,” he added.
