Sutton Stracke responds to rumors that her business is in trouble

Sutton Stracke has been busy! Busy shutting down the rumor mill. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took to social media to address speculation that her store is in trouble, categorically stating that this is not the case. And that things are just getting better.

Since opening her Sutton concept boutique in West Hollywood, fans have seen snippets of the store on the show and through social media. The store features a mix of vintage finds and modern pieces.

“I wanted to bring all my friends together,” she said of the concept of her store. “Designers, jewelry designers, artists, everything. I wanted them all in one place.”

No problems for Sutton Stracke

And while the store seems to be thriving, some eagle-eyed fans fear it's in trouble. One fan spotted a “For Lease” sign on the side of the store's West Hollywood building. And while that may have nothing to do with the store itself, others have noticed that the store's website currently reads, “Closing August 2024.”

These two signs together have fans wondering if the store is having financial problems. And the rumor mill is in full swing.

One fan suggested that theft in California might be behind the store's problems, but another suggested that the “For Rent” sign might have nothing to do with Sutton's store at all.

And it does indeed seem like it is much ado about nothing. Sutton herself has addressed the rumors on her social media.

“I heard the streets are talking about my shop…” she said in her caption. “If you want the real tea, just ask the pot.” She also posted a photo of herself posing in front of the shop.

“Good things are coming! And I love (West Hollywood) and we are in this together,” she concluded, noting that both the boutique and her sustainable clothing line “are only getting better.”

I guess that just goes to show that it pays to get news straight from the source. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is currently streaming on Peacock.
