SCOTTSDALE, Arizona — The upcoming Conference of the National Real Time Crime Center (NRTCC)which will take place from August 26 to 29 in Scottsdale, Arizona, will include a lecture by Samantha L. Dorm, a Senior Grants Advisor for Lexipolon “Choosing the Right Funding.” This session will provide law enforcement professionals with key insights into securing funding for the development and expansion of Real Time Crime Centers (RTCCs), critical hubs that improve policing efficiency through advanced technologies.

Dorm's presentation includes a comprehensive funding tips sheet and offers strategic advice on identifying appropriate crime types, selecting optimal locations, and navigating the complexities of grant timelines. Participants will gain valuable knowledge on how to leverage specific grants, such as the Safe Neighborhood Project's Anti-Gang/Anti-Gun Grant or the Urban Area Security Initiative, to support their RTCC initiatives.

The session comes at a time when more agencies are looking to establish or expand their RTCCs to improve real-time crime response and increase community safety. Dorm's expertise will be an invaluable resource for agencies seeking to raise the necessary funds to bring these important centers online.
