Bedford-Stuyvesant shooting: NYPD seeks suspect who shot man in Brooklyn, NYC

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (WABC) — A man was shot dead in front of a house in Brooklyn on Wednesday afternoon.

Police arrived at 751 Monroe Street around 3:15 p.m. and found the 54-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chest.

First responders took the victim to Kings County Hospital in critical condition, where he died a short time later.

According to the NYPD, the suspect was last seen fleeing on foot wearing a ski mask and khaki pants.

Investigators are still trying to determine the motive for the shooting.
