Rescue helicopter responds to collision between golf cart and pickup truck

CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) – A rescue helicopter was dispatched overnight to a crash in Clermont County involving a pickup truck and a golf cart, according to the Ohio State Patrol.

The incident was reported at 9:46 p.m. Wednesday on State Routes 133 and 131 in Wayne Township, dispatch confirmed.

According to OSP, the pickup truck struck the golf cart on the road, causing the person in the golf cart to suffer life-threatening injuries.

The person was flown by helicopter to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

The driver of the pickup truck was not injured, according to OSP.
