Conor McGregor is blamed when Cristiano Ronaldo refuses to box for the UFC in the famous “either or” game

Cristiano Ronaldo is becoming much more involved in social media with his new YouTube channel. In a recent This or That challenge he took part in, the Portuguese maverick had to choose between boxing and UFC. Unfortunately for MMA fans, Ronaldo chose boxing and now everyone thinks Conor McGregor is to blame.

Not because he and the Irishman are good friends, but because of what happened the last time the two sat together to watch a boxing match.

“Connor talked too much”

One fan said that “The Notorious” was probably a major factor in his decision to join UFC over boxing.

“Conor had a certain influence”

Another fan believes that Cristiano Ronaldo is done with boxing because McGregor ruined the last boxing event he attended with his constant talking.

“Conor ruined the last boxing event he attended”

Another fan claimed that the Irishman was the reason Ronaldo chose UFC over boxing. That sounds mean, but these guys might be right!

“Conor McGregor factor”

McGregor seems unaware of this, otherwise a deleted tweet would have been trending on X tonight. Be that as it may, he currently appears to be training for his next fight, which is yet to be confirmed.

But in the midst of all this, the Irishman took the time to pay tribute to NBA legend Michael Jordan.

McGregor is a fan!

While the debate about who is the greatest basketball player of all time keeps switching between LeBron James, Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, the answer is clear for Conor McGregor.

McGregor's newly posted video shows six-time NBA champion Michael Jordan dribbling the ball behind his back, a move that was unheard of in the league at the time.

“Unless you're making moves they've never seen before, you're not in the conversation. I've done it multiple times! Respect to Jordan. BIG GOAT TALK. #FreetheMac”

McGregor obviously compared himself to Jordan as well, so one wonders if he thought of him so highly that he could say he was on the same level.
