Shooting in bar in Lynchburg: Man has to go to hospital

LYNCHBURG, Virginia. – Lynchburg police are investigating a shooting that left one man hospitalized.

According to authorities, the shooting occurred around 12:51 a.m. Friday at Badger on Main.

We have been informed that the man is still in serious but stable condition in hospital.

According to police, the criminal investigation department has evaluated the evidence at the crime scene. It is not yet known whether a suspect has been identified.

This investigation is active and ongoing.
