Mötley Crüe have released a cover of Fight for Your Right by the Beastie Boys

Mötley Crüe have released a cover of the Beastie Boys' hip-hop classic Fight for your rights. Or, to give it its full title(You have to) fight for your right (to party!). The recording comes from a new EP with three tracks, Cancelled, which will be released on October 4. The EP also contains Dogs of Warreleased as a standalone single in April, and the title track.

“It was really great to be in the studio and work on some songs together,” the band said in a statement. “What started with a few demo ideas turned into this EP produced by Bob Rock. We're looking forward to getting back in the studio soon and writing more new music too.”
