Lindsay Lohan's big trouble

Former child star, convict and wannabe IT girl Lindsay Lohan looks like she has problems with her teeth.

On the way to the start of the Saints Row: The Third Video game in Los Angeles, Lindsay's not-so-fabulous smile attracted quite a bit of attention.

Granted, we all have our bad days, but the tooth damage seemed to be a little more permanent than a bad day for the teeth.

From the once sparkling white teeth to the now yellowish and possibly even slightly carious teeth, the possible causes of your dental problems are making the rounds.

Firstly, Li-Lo is a known smoker – an absolute no-go if you want to maintain a Hollywood smile. And then there is her much-publicised battle with drug and alcohol addiction, which probably doesn't make things any easier.

While Lindsay appears to be trying to stay on topic of health, reports are also circulating that Li-Lo has been kicked out of her community service program.

Linds was ordered to perform 380 hours of community service at the Los Angeles Downtown Women's Center as part of her sentence for stealing a $2,500 necklace in January of this year.

Lindsay is said to have missed nine scheduled visits. When she finally showed up, she only stayed for one hour instead of the required four.

Next Monday, the Mean Girls actress is due to give a progress report in LA, and Linds could face another harsh reality check. The judge hearing her case is not happy with Linds' antics, saying he has “told Lindsay in the past that she will not accept excuses” if she does not stay on course.
