These celebrities made guest appearances on “The Real Housewives”

The Real Housewives are now celebrities in their own right, but many of them have famous friends. These celebrities have made guest appearances in various editions of the Bravo series.

Jamie Lee Curtis

Lionsgate

In a recent cameo appearance in the Bravo universe, Jamie Lee Curtis appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to promote her charity My Hand In Yours. Curtis, who has been friends with long-time housewife Kyle Richards since filming her movie, Halloween The couple, who got together in the late 1970s, was showered with compliments by Dorit Kemsley, who couldn't resist telling Curtis that her clothes were “so chic.”

Kris Jenner

Friends at work

Another of Kyle Richards' friends, Kris Jenner, has appeared on the show several times, mostly at charity events organized by Richards to benefit the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles. Jenner has been rumored for years to be the next Los Angeles County resident to join the franchise, but she and Bravo have not commented on such rumors.

Paris Hilton

Dream Entertainment Inc.

Kyle Richards has some really powerful connections, and many of them have appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with her. Before her mother joined the cast, Paris Hilton made guest appearances at various events on the show to support her Aunt Kyle, most notably her fashion show that kicked off the tumultuous 10th season.

Nicky Hilton

Instagram @nickyhilton

Like her sister Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton has made a number of appearances on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsand she too was in attendance at Kyle Richards' fashion show. Longtime fans of the show will remember that Nicky's wedding was a major storyline for Richards, as it came amid a feud between her husband Mauricio Umansky and Rick Hilton. Richards attended her niece's wedding, but not without some intense drama beforehand.

Boy George

Leave it to the women of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills to bring iconic celebrity guests into the Bravo universe. Thanks to his friendship with Paul and Dorit Kemsley, we've seen music icon Boy George appear in a few episodes. Boy George even lived with the Kemsleys for a while and is the godfather to their daughter Phoenix.

Aretha Franklin

Universal Images

The Real Housewives of New York City also had their own epic cameos. Although no one in the cast actually spoke to her or knew her, Aretha Franklin appeared briefly on screen in Season 2, walking the red carpet at an event in the Hamptons. A true cameo from the Queen of Soul.

Candace Bushnell

Instagram @candacebushnell

You may not know Candace Bushnell, but you know that without her we would not have Carrie Bradshaw. The author of Sex and the City is a real New York socialite and has met some of the “wives” throughout her career. Her appearance on the show is unforgettable because Dorinda Medley says one of the best lines in the entire history of “Housewives”: “I'll tell you how I feel: not good, bitch.”

Wendy Williams

Studios USA

Wendy Williams had a long relationship with one of Atlanta's most famous wives, Nene Leakes, and her name has been mentioned several times on the show, including during the season 12 reunion. Although Williams has never appeared on the show, she did speak to Leakes on the phone for one scene. If there's anyone outside of The Housewives who regularly delivers iconic soundbites, it's Wendy Williams.

Betty White

Touchstone Images

Many Real Housewives have claimed to be actresses over the years. To Heather Dubrow’s credit, she has actually landed roles in recent years, such as her guest role on Hot in Cleveland. Part of her time on set was filmed by Bravo, which resulted in an incredible cameo by the one and only Betty White, one of the stars of the sitcom.

Valerie Bertinelli

Larry Levinson Productions

We saw Valerie Bertinelli on our screens for the same reason we saw Betty White. Bertinelli starred alongside White in Hot in Clevelandso she appeared in the same scene when Heather Dubrow was filming. The cameo appearances Dubrow is responsible for are enough to make her one of the GOAT housewives.

Patti LaBelle

Hallmark Hall of Fame Productions

There are many wives from the OG Jersey cast that we would love to see again, and chief among them is Caroline Manzo. Thanks to her son Albie, we were able to see the legend Patti LaBelle on Bravo – thanks to Caroline for her lasting influence on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

David Foster

Instagram @davidfoster

It's easy to forget that many of the “wives,” especially those in Beverly Hills and New York City, have very famous boyfriends and, in some cases, husbands. To us, they're just the crazy ladies who throw wine at each other for our entertainment. But some of them, like Yolanda Hadid, had high-profile husbands. The former Beverly Hills wife was married to David Foster and he appeared in several scenes while she was on the show.

Babyface

Instagram @babyface

We also have to thank Yolanda Hadid and David Foster for our babyface cameo. And we have to thank Brandi Glanville for how awkward it was. During a dinner party, Glanville cheekily told the musician that the engagement ring he gave his wife was too small, much to the shock and dismay of some of her colleagues.

Steven Tyler

Jersey Movies

David Foster also gave us a cameo appearance from Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler. The musician, like others before and after him, appeared on stage while the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was present.

Andrea Bocelli

NBCUniversal

The last and perhaps most incredible David Foster cameo was that of Andrea Bocelli. The supremely talented singer serenaded the wives of Beverly Hills in one episode, resulting in a moment that fans hoped would not have been missed by the intimate audience.

Wilson Phillips

Instagram @wilsonphillipsmusic

If you think the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills If you can get someone in Hollywood to make a cameo on their show, you're not far off. The band Wilson Phillips also made an appearance on the show, performing in Kyle Richards' backyard. Seriously, what celebrity doesn't Kyle Richards know?

Kelsey Grammer

Grub Street Productions

Long before The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was what it is today, a true icon of the screen made a cameo appearance. Kelsey Grammer was married to one of the original cast members, Camille Grammer, and graced us with his presence in a few scenes. However, unlike many of the husbands, he did not appear on screen very often.

Faye Resnick

Faye Resnick
Instagram @fayeresnick

Although she is certainly not as well known as some of the celebrities who have appeared The Real Housewives of Beverly HillsFaye Resnick is a famous personality in her own right. Thanks to her friendship with Kyle Richards (of course), she has made several appearances on the show over the years and has even earned herself a nickname. Does “the morally corrupt Faye Resnick” ring a bell?

Allison DuBois

Allison DuBois
Instagram @mediumallison

The first seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills were truly special. They hosted some of the best dinner parties, including the one where the infamous psychic Allison DuBois showed up to tell the ladies their future. Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards are still together, so their predictions must not have been entirely accurate.

Nicki Minaj

LBI productions

Although she wasn't seen in the actual footage, Nicki Minaj appeared at the Potomac meet-up to host briefly (much to the delight of Andy Cohen, we're sure; the man needs a break sometimes). The rapper is a huge fan of the show. We'd love to see other celebs join the meet-ups, too. Rihanna, anyone?
