Amelia Gray presents herself with famous personality and says: “She really loves summer”

Amelia Gray is showing off her love for summer – in her one-piece swimsuit. In a new social media post, the model shows off her famous figure in a skimpy bikini. “I'm feeling really good. I'm really tan. And I'm really loving summer ☀️🎀😚🫶🏼🪄,” she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. “She's a fairy,” one of her followers commented, while several others added fire emojis. Amelia, who herself suffered from an eating disorder, pays attention to a healthy diet. “When I first started struggling with anorexia, I loved it when friends made comments about my weight,” she said Shine in 2019. “I distinctly remember meeting a friend at the mall right in front of Victoria's Secret. She put her hand on my waist and said, 'Oh my God, Amelia, you're so skinny, you have to stop!' I loved those comments. They felt great, as psycho as that may sound. It was that feeling that fed my eating disorder.”

In a 24-hour video with Vogue, Amelia revealed that she starts her day with “a couple of shots” of espresso and a matcha latte. Amelia fuels her body with nutrients and healthy food. She said it's “so important” to her to “nourish” her body. “I used to hear all the time, 'Your body is a temple!' but I really didn't care. I didn't care how many nutrients my body was getting,” she told Glamour. “Learning how to nourish my body and how to nourish it with the foods that make it happy and energized makes me feel good. Despite all the bullshit and the rough patches of recovery, that's been a really fascinating part of this journey: I came out of it with a whole different passion for health.”

Amelia would like to tell her past self that “confidence is the most beautiful quality a person can have,” she explained to Glamour. “It goes beyond weight, height and social media filters. When you really love yourself inside, the way you act is completely different. I think that's when the judgement stops – when they realize that nothing they say about you or your body makes a difference.”

Amelia works out at The Dogpound, a bi-coastal gym that offers strength training and HIIT workouts, and does a lot of weight training.
