Say Now releases spirited new single “Trouble”

Up-and-coming British girl band Say now continue to make waves this week with the release of their explosive new single 'Problem' – a wild and utterly infectious pop-bop that looks set to further cement the group's status as one of Britain's most exciting new music acts.

The trio – consisting of Amelia Onourah, Maddie Haynes, Ysabelle Angeli – say in a joint statement: “'Problem' It's about knowing your worth and having confidence in what you bring to the table! We want people to hear this song and knowledge that it's okay to speak your mind and that you can have fun and be cheeky while doing it.”

Created by the band themselves and with pop gods Wayne Hector (Sugababes, the Pussycat Dolls), Anna Lena Jones (Little Mix, Chamomile) And duck (Halsey, Mimi Webb), in the powerful single, the ladies skillfully channel the spirit of the girl groups that came before them by sampling the legendary dance hit of the 90s 'Incredible' by the English alternative rock band EMF – a bold step inspired by the powerful The Spice Girls.

The girls say about the brave decision to include such an iconic song in their repertoire: “When we wrote 'Problem' our producer Duck told us 'Incredible' inspired 'Wannabe'so we thought, why not go one step further and use the original sample but put our own twist on it.”

To create even more excitement for the song, the super cheeky music video features a cameo appearance by Girl loud star Nadine Coyle!

Set in a dusty old prison, the clip shows the talented trio in a prison cell, switching between innocent and mischievous versions of themselves to embarrass their accuser and the frustrated cop, played by I kissed a girl Fiorenza Cocozza.

With choreography by Blake John Wood (JADE, Kesha) and directed by Favorite color: BlackThe video ends with the girls being rescued by Coyle, who arrives on the scene looking like the ultimate pop “MOTHER.”
