Kamala Harris: US will continue to support Ukraine in the fight against Russian aggression

US Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris has again spoken out on social media about the issue of future US support for Ukraine.

As published To X, Harris said that “wWe will continue to support Ukraine in its struggle for freedom against Russian aggression.

Harris spoke about U.S. support for Ukraine on the occasion of Ukraine's Independence Day on August 24., and noted the courage of Ukrainians in general.

Earlier this week, on August 23, Harris reiterated her support for Ukraine and NATO during the Democratic National Convention.

In her speech, the Democratic presidential candidate vigorously defended Ukraine and NATO while sharply criticizing Trump's previous comments on the war in Ukraine.

“As President, I will stand firmly by Ukraine and our NATO allies,” said Harris.

Harris pointed out that five days before the Russian invasion of Ukraine “I warned President Zelensky” and helped guide the US diplomatic response by “more than 50 countries.”
