Hillsboro suspect arrested in 2020 Adams County murder case

WEST UNION, Ohio (WXIX) – Two Highland County men have been arrested for the 2020 murder of an 18-year-old in Adams County, according to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.

According to arrest warrants issued Friday, Jordan Comer, 22, and Latyran Haithcock, 25, were responsible for the death of Boston Bloomfield on August 25, 2020, in the 200 block of Palmer Road in Seaman.

Prosecutors said Comer and Haithcock were arrested without incident on Saturday morning.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office and the Washington Court House Police Department assisted with the arrests.

Comer is being held in the Adams County Jail and Haithcock is being held in the Fayette County Jail.

The case will be reviewed by the Adams County District Attorney and presented to a grand jury.
