Ben Affleck seems to have already left Jennifer Lopez behind.

In recent months, Affleck has been at the center of a messy split from Lopez.

Last week, Lopez made her divorce from Affleck official when she filed for divorce on her own and without representation.

J Lo filed her legal documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, but not through an attorney. Jennifer filed the documents pro per, meaning alone and without an attorney.

And now comes the real shock: J. Lo does not reveal in her documents whether there is a prenuptial agreement, and sources with knowledge of the matter told TMZ that there is in fact no prenuptial agreement.

This would mean that any income or profits Ben and Jen earned during their nearly two-year marriage would be joint property.

According to Page Six, Affleck was in a relationship with someone else during his split from JLO.

Affleck was reportedly spotted with Robert F. Kennedy's daughter Kick in recent weeks.

A Hollywood insider told Page Six that they were spotted at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel and other hotspots.

The nature of their relationship remains unclear. Representatives for Affleck and Kennedy did not immediately respond to Page Six's request for comment.
