One dead following farm truck crash in Corinth

CORINTH, Maine (WABI) – The Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal crash involving a farm truck in Corinth.

Authorities responded to a report of a crash on Beans Mill Road in Corinth Saturday evening.

When first responders arrived on scene they found a farm truck had gone off the road and into the woods.

They discovered a lone male occupant trapped between the side of a truck and a tree.

Advanced life support services arrived on the scene but the man did not survive.

The sheriff’s office is leading the investigation and reconstruction of the crash, with assistance from the Maine State Police Commercial Vehicle Unit and fire departments from Corinth and Kenduskeag.
