The release date of GTA 6 for PC is already dividing fans

Can we really wait that long?

PC gamers are excited about the rumored release date of the highly anticipated GTA VIprovided this speculation turns out to be true.

Rockstar Games stated that GTA VI will be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S sometime in 2025, but no firm release date has been announced yet. A release window for GTA VI was later reduced to the end of 2025.

Unfortunately, we know that a PC version of GTA VI will be released at some point, but Rockstar Games has not announced a release date or release window, so fans are very excited.

“We all need to see this,” said Redditor MaxSniffer007, sharing the previous release windows for GTA-V And Red Dead Redemption 2. Simply put, as most of us know, a console release is usually followed by a PC port from Rockstar Games a year or two later.

If Grand Theft Auto VI should be released in late 2025, it is estimated that the PC port will be released between 2026 and 2027, hopefully it will be the earlier of the two years.

“I HATE waiting for the PC version, but that’s life I guess,” said an excited RockyRaccoon968. “I’ve been looking at the RDR 2 trailers in the first hour it was out and I still had to wait three years to play it, damn it.”

“Why do you think PC users have to wait another two years after the GTA VI Console version?” asked Rakeemid.

“I still want to believe that Rockstar Games will be able to release on all platforms at once because of all the pressure and the long wait,” said a hopeful PhiltheAgony69.

We keep our fingers crossed that we have fixed release dates for GTA VI by early next year for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
