Kushi talks put Priyanka in trouble

Since Pawan Kalyan became the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, all producers with close connections to him have been using his name to promote their films.

DVV Danayya, who produces 'OG' with Pawan Kalyan, did the same. He produced 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' with Nani and frequently mentioned Pawan Kalyan's name during the promotions.

Similarly, actress Priyanka Mohan mentioned Pawan Kalyan during the recent pre-release event of 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram'. She requested SJ Suryah to make a sequel to 'Kushi' starring only Pawan Kalyan.

SJ Suryah originally directed Kushi in Tamil with Vijay and then remade it in Telugu with Pawan Kalyan. The Telugu version became a cult blockbuster.

However, Priyanka's suggestion that SJ Suryah should direct 'Kushi 2' exclusively with Pawan Kalyan did not go down well with the Tamil audience, who mocked her for it.
