1 injured in shooting at apartment complex in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (KKTV) – A gunshot victim drove himself to the hospital after a shooting at an apartment complex in southeast Springs late Saturday night.

Police responded to the Whitney Young Manor Apartments on Delta Drive near Chelton after receiving reports of shots fired. Although the victim was already dead, officers reported finding several shell casings.

There is no current information about the victim's condition as of Sunday morning.

At the time of this writing, no suspect information is available and police have not yet released any details on what they believe led to the shooting. 11 News will update this article if those details become known.
