Narok, Kenya – In a heartbreaking incident, a policewoman and her young son died in a road accident on the Narok – Maai Mahiu road.

The accident occurred this morning. The victims were civil servant Nancy Samuel Nyamumbo and her son Liam Waweru.

Cops Kenya reports that the couple survived and were taken to a hospital in Nairobi for emergency treatment.

Officer Nyamumbo, stationed at Murang'a Police Station, and her son Liam were reportedly on their way when the tragedy occurred.

Despite the efforts of the medical staff, mother and son unfortunately succumbed to their injuries during treatment.

The news of her death has created a somber mood at Murang'a Police Station and throughout the law enforcement community.

The police and the public have expressed their deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased officer.

The accident occurred one day after young lawyer Omari Kefa was killed in another incident.

Kefa was involved in a tragic accident in Ratili, Olulunga area when his vehicle collided with a truck.

His shocking death left friends, colleagues and family deeply saddened, although he enjoyed good health.

The shocking news sparked a wave of sadness on social media, with many expressing regret at the loss of such a vibrant and promising personality.
