Entrepreneur motivated by her son's murder has helped 3,000 entrepreneurs | The Steve Harvey Morning Show

Her career began at the Gas Company here in Atlanta, just before natural gas trading was deregulated. She started as an office assistant and rose to mission-critical leadership roles in organizations and industries such as SunTrust Banks (Truist), CapGemini, Accenture, Cox, and healthcare giants such as Morehouse School of Medicine, Piedmont, and Grady.

Foye used the entrepreneurial knowledge she gained over the years to become an award-winning, respected and successful entrepreneur in the drug testing and laboratory testing excluding CLIA contract. She chose drug testing because her oldest son (age 24) was murdered, which was related to drug/gang violence, and because there was a history of drug/alcohol abuse in her family that made her life rocky.

After nearly two years in the business, Michelle managed to renew and refocus Precis Screening by creating a consulting arm that has now supported more than 3,000 entrepreneurs.
