WAYNE, NJ — An 18-year-old Wayne resident suffered fatal injuries when he was accidentally struck by a boat propeller while out on a trip along the New Jersey shore Sunday, officials said.

Zeina Mahafzah was dismembered in what authorities described as a “tragic” boating accident in the waters off Long Beach Island, local police and an emergency call to rescue workers said.
