Crash Champions names GEICO executive as new Chief Legal Officer

Crash Champions recently announced the hiring of a former GEICO manager as the new chief legal officer.

According to a press release from Crash Champions, Seth Ingall most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at GEICO. He previously also held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Claims Officer.

“We are proud to welcome Mr. Ingall to our leadership team and look forward to the valuable contributions he will make as we continue to execute on our mission and vision to build the industry’s leading collision repair organization,” said Matt Ebert, founder and CEO of Crash Champions, in the press release.

Crash Champions operates more than 650 collision repair centers in 37 states and Washington, DC, the press release said.

“Crash Champions' historic growth and evolution into an industry-leading collision repair company is well documented and it is an honor to join the team,” Ingall said in the release. “I look forward to working with Matt and the leadership team as we continue to provide a best-in-class collision repair experience to our customers and transportation partners.”

Ingall worked for GEICO for more than 35 years, the press release said, serving as regional vice president of claims and on the boards of several industry associations.

Last year Crash Champions announces Michael Siegerformer President of Claims at Progressive, to the Board of Directors.

Sieger retired from Progressive in January 2022, according to a press release. Previously, he was responsible for the company's claims strategy, it says.
