Man charged with murder in early August shooting in Albany

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) – A man has been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Albany on August 9.

William Ford, 19, was arrested on August 26 for murder in connection with the death of Aaron White, according to the Albany Police Department (APD). The shooting occurred on August 9 in the 300 block of Grant Place.

Ford is the second arrest in this case, as Trinity Jenkins was previously arrested for aggravated assault.

He was taken to the Dougherty County Jail.
