Nicole Kidman speaks openly about the turbulent lifestyle of her daughters Sunday and Faith far from home

As one of Hollywood's busiest actresses, Nicole Kidman has become accustomed to a bit of a jet-setting lifestyle, and it seems the rest of her family has too.

The 57-year-old actress chatted with L'Officiel about her various upcoming projects, including the upcoming Netflix miniseries The perfect coupleAnd Babygirlthe erotic thriller that premieres this week at the Venice Film Festival.

She talked about how she is constantly on the move, whether it be for her various filming commitments, award shows or family trips, and that she divides her time between her homes in Sydney, Nashville and New York with her husband Keith Urban.

However, Nicole admitted that she feels she can get a lot of varied work because of her love of travel and exploring different parts of the world, a desire shared by her daughters Keith (Sunday, 16) and Faith (13).

“I’m willing to travel, which a lot of people aren’t,” she told the outlet. “My children are ready to travel … maybe less now [that they’re older]but they are also very interested in the world.”

The Eyes wide closed Star talked about some shared experiences, and specifically mentioned the time she spent with them in Morocco while filming the movie in 2015. Queen of the Desert.

“They say they have so many stamps in their passport, more than most people in the eighties,” Nicole continued. “That's because they lived in Morocco as young children and then we went to the Algerian desert where they rode camels and went to the souks for three and a half months.”

She added: “They have lived in France, Australia, England, Scotland, Ireland, Asia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and everywhere.”

When Keith, 56, co-hosted Country Countdown USA with Lon Helton in 2022, he mentioned that his two daughters also often accompany him on trips, giving them the opportunity to experience all kinds of travel.

“They've been on the road, I've taken them one by one at different times. And it's been great having them on the bus,” he said, adding that Sunday and Faith actually quite enjoy being on the tour bus.

“They love the bus, and I would love that too at that age. Just the idea of ​​traveling and sleeping in the bunks. But it was nice to have them out there.”

The teenagers have been increasingly in the spotlight in recent months: They made their red carpet debut at Nicole's AFI Life Achievement Award ceremony together with Keith in Los Angeles and then attended the Summer Olympics in Paris with their parents.

Sunday also sat front row at a Balenciaga haute couture show at Paris Fashion Week and then accompanied her mother to an Omega red carpet event during the Olympics.

However, in a previous interview with Elle, Nicole spoke fondly about being there for her daughters and her community in Tennessee as well. “I like being a part of something that's not about my job, not about who I am, none of that. Just a citizen living in this world. And my kids love it when I do that, too.”
