Freeville man arrested after suspicious activity at Southern Cayuga High School – found in possession of meth – X101 Always Classic

Officials with the Cayuga County Sheriff's Office said they saw a vehicle in the parking lot of Southern Cayuga High School around 3:45 a.m. on August 16. The vehicle was located near a clothing donation site.

When officers pulled up to investigate the vehicle, they saw a person walking away from the vehicle. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the person, identified as Micah E. Pado from Freevillewas in the clothing donation shed.

While speaking with officers, Pado gave a false name to conceal his true identity. The Cayuga County Sheriff's Office also stated that meth was found on him. He was arrested and charged with illegal possession of a controlled substance and identity fraud, both misdemeanors.

Pada received a summons for the citations against him. After receiving the summons, he was taken into custody by the New York State Police on an outstanding warrant.
