“She [DaniLeigh] was not really to blame for the accident and she did not know that she [hit] someone, but there was damage to the car,” said DaniLeigh's lawyer Michael Catalano. “She wants to say, 'I'm really sorry,' but [the victim] has a lawyer and we never let people talk because it can be disastrous for them. The truth is that the injured gentleman was to blame for the accident. She is very apologetic about it and thinks it's terrible that anyone was hurt.”
