Teenager from Blair allegedly posted nude photo of his daughter online and hit car with it

BLAIR, Nebraska (KOLN) – A Blair teenager is accused of posting a nude photo of an underage teen online and then crashing her into a car earlier this month.

Yasien Elbeyaly, 19, of Washington County faces multiple charges in two separate but related cases.

A Blair police officer spoke with an 18-year-old female victim on August 15 who said a nude photo of her had been posted online. The affidavit alleges Elbeyaly took the photo without the victim's knowledge or consent and posted it on Facebook.

After the complaint was filed, an arrest warrant was issued against Elbeyaly and he was later arrested.

His bail was set at 10% of $50,000 and his hearing is scheduled for September 11 at 10 a.m.

On August 17, Blair Police investigated another criminal incident.

At around 5:40 p.m., officers were alerted to a disturbance in the Walmart parking lot in Blair. A teenager reported that he was a passenger in a Taurus when he was struck from behind by a light blue Cadillac.

An officer arrived at the scene and spoke with the driver of the Cadillac, identified as Elbeyaly, and his 15-year-old passenger. Elbeyaly did not comment on the incident and was asked to exit the vehicle, police wrote.

Surveillance video shows the Cadillac pushing the Taurus at the front of the building, police wrote.

According to the affidavit, police determined that this incident stemmed from the first incident involving Elbeyaly and the female victim. Police wrote that Elbeyaly seemed upset about a situation between him and the female victim.

Police believe Elbeyaly targeted the vehicle in the Walmart parking lot because an 18-year-old male passenger was involved in the situation with him and the female victim.

Elbeyalys' 15-year-old passenger was handed over to his mother after the incident.

Elbeyaly was arrested and faces several charges including: Attempt to commit a Class IIA felony, child abuse, assault, and property damage in the amount of $500 to $1,499.

His bail in the case was set at 10% of $35,000. His hearing is scheduled for September 11 at 11 a.m.
