3, including a man arrested for child pornography and charged with crimes against the mortgage company: Pinellas Park PD

Three people, including a man previously arrested on child pornography charges, are behind bars for crimes against a mortgage company, investigators said.

Pinellas Park police said Lisa Falcon, Derrick Epstein and Ryan Ives were arrested Tuesday. Ives was already charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography following a previous arrest.

PPPD investigators said they were notified in July of a loan that had been applied for under Ives' name. Their investigation revealed that the three suspects conspired to forge false documents in order to obtain a personal loan to cover Ives' legal fees and bail, police said.

While the loan was being processed, authorities said Ives was still incarcerated as a result of his original arrest. Investigators learned that Epstein posed as Ives to secure the loan.

According to PPPD, all three suspects were also heard in jail-recorded phone calls discussing repayment of the loan.

The trio was tracked down, taken into custody and booked into the Pinellas County Jail for crimes against a mortgage company.
