“Zuckerberg will spend life in prison if …”: Trump accuses Meta boss of plotting against him in the 2020 election

Former US President Donald Trumpaccused in his new book, which is due to be released next week, Meta-Chef Mark Zuckerberg to sabotage him during the Election 2020.
In his forthcoming book, “Save America,” Trump wrote that Zuckerberg would meet with him and treat him well while also plotting against him, Politico reported.
Under the photo, Trump captioned Zuckerberg “coming to the Oval Office to see me. He brought his very nice wife to dinner, was as nice as can be, and all the while plotting to install nefarious lockers, a true plot against the President,” Trump added, referring to a $420 million donation Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, made to fund election infrastructure during the 2020 election.
“He told me there was no one like Trump on Facebook. But at the same time, and for whatever reason, he was targeting me,” Trump said.
He also warned Meta's CEO that he would “spend the rest of his life in prison” if he tried to do anything illegal again.
“We are watching him closely, and if he does anything illegal this time, he will spend the rest of his life in prison – like others who cheat in the 2024 presidential election,” Politico quoted Trump as saying.
Zuckerberg had previously accused Joe Biden's administration of pressuring the social media giant to censor certain COVID-19 content on Facebook.
“For months in 2021, senior Biden administration officials, including the White House, repeatedly pressured our teams to censor certain Covid-19 content, including humor and satire,” Zuckerberg wrote in a letter to the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.
And while the decision to remove content was Meta's, “the government pressure was wrong and I regret that we were not clearer about it,” he continues.
Trump has made similar comments about Zuckerberg before. In a post on Truth Social in July, Trump wrote that if elected, he would “go after election fraudsters on a scale never seen before and send them to prison for a long time. We already know who you are. Don't do it! Zuckerbergs, be careful!”
