Over one million Americans were among those relevant to advertising.

According to the Nielsen polling institute, around six million people watched the CNN interview with Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, who are both running for president and vice president, on Thursday evening.

The interview was broadcast at 9 p.m. and reached an average of 5,987 million viewers. At the same time, competitors Fox News reached 2,582 million Americans and MSNBC 1,307 million. The excellent reach did not last, because at 10 p.m. Fox News overtook CNN again. The data is not yet available, however.

In addition, the interview, hosted by anchor Dana Bash, averaged 1.064 million viewers between the ages of 25 and 54, the age group most favored by advertisers for news broadcasts.
