Jake Paul hopes for $25 million fee for Jon Jones in fight against Tom Aspinall: “Jones won’t avoid anyone”

Jake Paul has shared his thoughts on a possible Jon Jones vs. Tom Aspinall duel in an exciting UFC showdown.

As we know, Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall aren't exactly the best of friends. As Jones prepares to defend the UFC heavyweight title against Stipe Miocic, interim champion Aspinall wonders why he isn't getting the chance.

For Bones, it seems like he prefers the fight against Miocic because it is a legacy fight. Of course, some believe he is simply avoiding a tougher challenge in the form of Aspinall.

Whatever the case, Jon Jones is still widely regarded as the greatest of all time – and Dana White firmly believes so. However, Jon has not always been on good terms with the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

This was largely due to money and the fact that he felt he had been underpaid throughout his career.

The aforementioned Jake Paul has apparently thought of a solution to this problem.

Jake Paul shares his thoughts on Jon Jones and Tom Aspinall

“Jon Jones doesn't back down from anyone. He knows exactly what he's doing. Show him the money – the real money. Not the money you want to make up. Him vs Aspinall is huge as he hits two big PPV markets. $25 million guarantee plus PPV seems about right. @JonnyBones”

Over the years we have seen Jon Jones take on some of the biggest and toughest fighters in the world and he hasn't been afraid to really prove himself which is a testament to the legacy he has built for himself.

Still, there will always be critics and doubters. To avoid further confusion, hopefully we'll have a chance to see that showdown sometime before he retires.

However, the longer we wait, the less likely it becomes.
