Tragic death of a teenager in Delhi: investigations ongoing

A 16-year-old boy allegedly committed suicide in Anandpur Dham area of ​​Karala, the national capital, Delhi Police reported on Sunday. Authorities were alerted at around 5.45 am on August 28 when the Kanjhwala police station on arrival received a call from a hospital about the boy's death.

The local police team responded promptly, registered the Medical Legal Case (MLC) and ensured that the body was returned to the family after a post-mortem. Initial investigations suggested that the death was caused by suicide by hanging at his house, police sources said.

The boy's parents initially expressed no suspicion regarding their son's death. During the course of the investigation, however, a suicide note was found in the boy's apartment, which is currently being examined for further connections.

Further investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances surrounding this tragic incident.
