Salman Khan resumes shooting of Sikandar despite rib injury; Mumbai fixes cost at around Rs 15 crore: Report: Bollywood News

The anticipation for Salman Khan’s upcoming action entertainer, Sikandarhas reached its peak. After his rib injury, Salman Khan has stopped shooting SikandarThe film is directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. The ensemble cast of the film, including Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj and Prateik Babbar, will also be part of the shoot. Khan is particularly looking forward to the intense action sequences under Murugadoss' direction.

According to a report in Pinkvilla, the film's team has recreated Mumbai locations including Dharavi and Matunga on a massive set that reportedly cost a whopping Rs 15 crore to build. A 45-day shooting schedule is currently underway in Mumbai during which Khan will be shooting fast-paced action scenes. A source revealed, “The makers have spent a fortune to make the sets look authentic. This is a crucial schedule as we will be shooting not just action but emotional and dramatic scenes as well.”

After the Mumbai schedule, the team will move to a palace in Hyderabad for the next phase of production. A source said, “We are looking for a palace that will add grandeur and grandeur to the film. The third schedule will be around November.”

Sikandar The release is scheduled for Eid 2025.
