US Open 2024: Jack Draper faces Tomas Machac in attempt to reach his first Grand Slam quarterfinal

The top seeds in the men's and women's singles will both be in action during the evening session at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Poland's Iga Swiatek is yet to drop a set in the tournament and will face 16th seed Liudmila Samsonova at 00:00 BST.

Afterwards, Italian Australian Open winner Jannik Sinner will face 14th seeded American Tommy Paul.

Sixth-seeded American Jessica Pegula opens the match on the main show court against Russian Diana Shnaider.

Daniil Medvedev, the only former New York champion still in the men's singles, will then face Portuguese Nuno Borges.

At Louis Armstrong, Wimbledon finalist Jasmine Paolini will compete against Karolina Muchova, who also came second at the French Open.

Former world number one Caroline Wozniacki will face 22nd seed Beatriz Haddad Maia in the men's singles, before an all-Australian clash between 10th seed Alex de Minaur and Jordan Thompson.

There is also great British interest in doubles: Joe Salisbury and his American partner Rajeev Ram continue to aim for their fourth consecutive men's doubles title.

Wimbledon champions Henry Patten and Finn Harri Heliovaara are also in action, as are eighth-seeded Neal Skupski – another British former Wimbledon doubles champion – and New Zealander Michael Venus.

Olivia Nicholls and partner Tereza Mihalikova from Slovakia beat Skupski and Venus in the women's doubles at Stadium 17.

Harriet Dart and her French teammate Diane Parry are first in fifth place.
