Sport: Successful appearance of the Trial Team Traisental at the A-Cup 2024

The international A-Cup Trial 2024 in Traisen/St. Veit not only brought together top-class motorcyclists from several countries, but also proved to be a triumph for the local Trial Team Traisental. In blazing heat, the participants fought for the top places in various classes and once again proved the strength and cohesion of the team.

TRAISEN/ST.VEIT. The Trial Team Traisental (TTT) hosted the international A-Cup Trial for the second time on the weekend of August 31 and September 1, 2024 on the Wadura family estate in Steinwandleiten in Traisen/St. Veit. With a total of 115 starters on Saturday and 108 on Sunday, the event attracted numerous participants from Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary in great heat. Despite the challenging conditions, the TTT drivers were able to achieve considerable success.

Class Ladies Trophy

In the Ladies Trophy class, Caroline Proch achieved 1st place, while her teammate Stefanie Wedl took 3rd place. In the Pre 65 Gentleman class, Friedrich Gosch secured 2nd place, followed by Ernst Nowak in 4th place and Erich Diestinger in 5th place. Georg Mayr Harting achieved 2nd place in the Pre 65 Welcome class on Sunday. Alfred Wagner was also successful, taking 2nd place in the Air-Cooled Gentleman class.

Modern expert class

In the Modern Expert class, Robert Schwihlik showed a strong performance and achieved 2nd place, while Johannes Renz took 4th place. Fabian Heilmann triumphed in the Modern Clubman class with a 1st place. The TTT was also successful in the Modern Gentleman class: Caroline Proch took 1st place, Gerhard Kräftner 2nd place, Stefanie Wedl 6th place and Erich Prinz reached 10th place.

Modern Welcome Class

There were further successes in the Modern Welcome class, where Gerhard Eder took 1st place, Patrik Kalteis 3rd place, Fabian Kalteis 8th place, Jakob Eder 10th place and Karl Bartonik 11th place.

The event was not only a complete success in sporting terms, but also a testament to the solidarity and passion of the TTT, which was able to hold its own impressively despite the heat.
