The jury trial of the former NBA player accused of attempted robbery was postponed until February last week.

Donte Greene was arrested on charges of robbery, intimidation and obstruction of crime after police were called to Phillips 66 in Goshen in November.

The Goshen News reported that a gas station clerk told police that Greene told him to “give him all the money” before making threatening gestures.

Surveillance footage shows Greene talking to the clerk, pacing around the store, taking things out of his bag, taking off his shirt and then allegedly lunging at the cashier.

His jury trial was postponed from September to February.
